PLEASE NOTE ROAD SHIPMENTS INCLUDE MOVES TO CONTINENTAL EUROPE WHERE THE GOODS ARE PLACED ON TO A REMOVER'S VEHICLE WHICH THEN TRAVELS PART OF THE WAY BY ROLL ON /ROLL OFF FERRY.

• For Owner Packed Goods we will require a valued inventory for all owner packed goods prior to shipment otherwise cover is void.
• If moving within the U.K, just state U.K. as the destination country.
• You must declare the full value of your entire consignment and this should reflect the replacement value as new.
• If you under-insure your goods then, in the event of a claim, Insurers can only pay you a proportion of the amount you are claiming - see FAQ's.
• Please note, as with most insurance policies, there is a small excess in the event of a claim of £ 150.00.
• In the event of the total loss of your goods, for a flat premium of £ 25.00, cover can be included to recover the costs you have made to your remover for the physical packing and shipping of your goods up to a maximum of £ 5,000.
